My Favorite Holiday Treats

‘TIS THE SEASON BITCHEZ!  I don’t care what you say, Christmas season officially starts when Halloween is over.  Facts.  Even God himself (aka Starbucks) puts out the seasonal drinks on November 1st.  And in case you weren’t aware, Starbucks is the top priority of the #BasicBitch Bible, so as Starbucks says, we must do.  SO PUT UP THAT CHRISTMAS TREE AND INDULGE IN THE HAPPIEST TIME OF THE YEAR!

And what’s one of my favorite parts of the holiday season?  All the seasonal goodies!!!  #OBSESSED

So, I decided to make you a list of some of my favorite holiday treats this year!  (You are welcome.)

 

Starbucks Peppermint Mocha

Is Christmas a flavor?  Because you can taste it in this holiday drink!  Brought to you by yours truly, Starbucks.  DUH!  This drink is ESSENTIAL to your holiday season.

 

Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark

What’s better than Ghiradelli milk chocolate?!  GHIRADELLI PEPPERMINT BARK!!!  Aka, Ghiradelli chocolate with pieces of peppermint in it.  TO.  DIE.  FOR.   Like my mouth is actually salivating.

 

Gingerbread Houses

Do I still decorate my gingerbread house every year?  Yes, yes I do.  And you should, too.  LIVE A LITTLE!!!  Plus, at Target, they have soooo many options for gingerbread house kits.  You’re welcome.

Starbucks Eggnog Latte

Remember when you were a little kid and drank eggnog by the Christmas tree?  Well, I didn’t.  But I sure do drink Starbucks Eggnog Lattes during Christmas season!  Adult eggnog?  YES PLEASE!


 

Hot Buttered Rum

Brrr, it’s chilly outside.  Best take a sip of your hot buttered rum to warm you up!  wink wink.  Holiday drink with alcohol?!  YES, PLEASE!  Check out a bomb recipe from Delish.com!

 

Red Velvet Cheesecake

#icamesohard.  This dessert is HEAVENLY!  Like, does any other cake look as Christmasy as red velvet cheesecake?!   NOPE!  You just can’t compete!  Red velvet AND cheesecake!!!  I could cry just thinking about it…  Check out this recipe from Midwest Living so that you or granny can make it this year!  wink
